The event is from the 19th century. A child was born in a poor family of Scotland. His father used to ferry a small batch and sell his cake at home and sell it at street corner. The child became alarmed when he sensed that there can not be any development in this poverty environment. In a few days, he became so bored of his environment that the family went to the US without telling anything. There he got the title of peon in a steel company.
The work was not much. When the bell rang, he would appear in front of the managing director and after completing the work, he would sit on a stool kept outside the cabin. It did not look good to spend time idle. Therefore, he took permission from the managing director to read books in his spare time by removing his books and then put him in a safe wardrobe. Now he read books in free time. One day there was a dispute between the directors at the Director's meeting. They were not able to reach any decision. The peon was listening to all the discussions. He picked up from his place and took out a book from the closet and opened the page and placed it on his table, in which the answer was.
Then everyone appreciated his scholarship with one voice. The peon demonstrated in a purposeful and planned manner, that on the basis of study the person can achieve greater qualifications. In the case of progress, he did not even stop there. He also earned a lot of money through hard work, perseverance and constant self-help. In history he is known as the famous American millionaire Andrew Carnegie for charity.
